

You can’t have too much communication. Regular contact with client and site supervisors, weekly management reviews and on site audits done by a Quality Manager who is independent of the supervisor and the manager in field, maintain the necessary flow of information. Team workers are encouraged to look at continuous quality improvement and discuss with site management any potential improvements (Incentivised Quality Award Scheme) and open book policy helps to identify issues before they become problems.
